We had the opportunity to hire a 13 passenger bus this past weekend to drive us to a large family wedding at a winery by Tassajara. To say the exper phone call to after the event every contact with AITS was exceptional. Our options were made clear at the outset. When I had to make changes it war pick up location information to them, no problem. When we stayed over two hours longer than we expected no problem, again. Office staff was profer kind, an excellent driver and knew exactly where she was going. Our bus looked like new, was clean and comfortable. If I sound amazed at the whole professionalism like this happen anymore? Renews my faith :)
